I’ve had a good experience with Mad Hippie overall. I really appreciate that they’re upfront about being cruelty-free and seem thoughtful about the ingredients they use, which matters to me when I’m choosing skincare. For me, that makes the purchase feel a little better than just grabbing any random product. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, so if I needed something quickly I might think twice. But if I’m not in a rush, I’d definitely buy from them again.

It took longer to get here than I expected, but it did arrive in one piece. Everything looked fine at first glance, though I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet. I’ll have to use it a bit more before I really know.

I was glad to see my usual serum was actually in stock this time, and I even grabbed a backup. Most of the things I needed weren’t sold out for once, which was a nice change. After dealing with past out-of-stock issues, I do feel like some kind of small credit or compensation would be fair, but this visit went smoothly.

My skin is super sensitive and breaks out over basically anything, so I was ready to quit using Mad Hippie right away if it caused burning, redness, or a breakout. But to my surprise, it sat really nicely on my face and didn’t irritate me at all. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and my skin actually feels calmer. 5 stars from me, I’m really glad it didn’t mess my skin up...

I have sensitive skin, and a lot of products make me red almost right away, so I was a little nervous trying this. So far, Mad Hippie has been really gentle for me, no burning, no weird rash, and my skin does feel a bit calmer after I use it. I wouldn’t say I’m completely blown away yet, but I do appreciate that it hasn’t irritated my skin.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the packing slip was kind of messy and shipping took a bit longer than I expected. But as far as getting the actual order right, they nailed it...

I’ve ordered from Mad Hippie a few times now, i appreciate that their rewards points feel fair. They actually add up quickly, and the promo codes work like they’re supposed to, which shouldn’t be rare but somehow is. Shipping has been totally fine too. It just makes me feel better reordering the products I already use from a company that doesn’t make the deals feel shady or like a trick.

I was able to pause my order in about a minute with no hassle at all. if you like having control over your subscription without jumping through hoops, I’d definitely recommend it

I’m kind of annoyed I waited so long to try this. The products are super easy to put on, nothing feels messy or confusing, and they fit into my morning routine without slowing me down. The texture spreads nicely and sinks in fast too. Really happy with it, just wish I hadn’t put it off...

But they got back to me the same day, or at least really close to it, and actually answered what I was asking. The person was friendly and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all. My issue got sorted out easily, which I feel like doesn’t always happen these days. Overall, I’m confident saying it was a solid experience. 5 stars from me.

I do like that Mad Hippie puts the ingredients clearly on the product pages. I’m always a little cautious because my skin can randomly react to things, so it’s nice to be able to check what’s in a product before buying.
That said, I guess I still wish some of the ingredient explanations were a bit more beginner-friendly. A few parts kind of feel like you already need to know skincare terms to understand them. It’s not bad, and I appreciate the transparency, but it could be clearer for regular shoppers...

I had to return one of the products, and the return itself did go through, but the refund took longer than I expected. Support did reply eventually, but they were slow, and there wasn’t really any follow-up unless I reached out. Overall, it was just an average experience and kind of frustrating.
